Our specialist family department deals with the whole spectrum of difficulties facing
couples; whether the problems are of a financial nature, relate to children,
or arise from the break-up of a relationship.
The department is headed by
Richard Chinery.
Richard is a highly respected family practitioner who has been practising law for over twenty years.
He is a member of
the Law Society's Advanced Family Panel, which is
the highest level of expertise in family matters currently recognised
under the Law Society's own initative.
Richard handles all forms of family disputes, including divorce, separation, financial issues and disagreements between parents about their children.
The department is further complemented by
Amanda Chinery, at our Witham Office. Amanda is a family solicitor who has been with the firm for three years and, in addition to handling general family law, specialises in
children's issues - especially situations where there are disputes between parents and Local Authorities.
