Amanda is an experienced solicitor within our Family team.
Amanda advises on all issues which arise following or at the time of a relationship breakdown, including divorce and separation. She handles financial matters although her work has a particular emphasis towards issues involving children whether it be a dispute between parents and Local Authorities, contact and residence issues, removing a child from the jurisdiction or changing a child’s name.
Amanda promotes the principle of mediation and attempts to resolve difficult situations without necessarily involving the court process.
Amanda has considerable experience in handling vulnerable people and approaches their problems sympathetically yet realistically.
