Gemma is our Licensed Conveyancer and heads up our residential conveyancing team.
Trained ‘in house’ at The Beavis Partnership Gemma has been with the Firm for more than 8 years and has a wealth of experience dealing in all aspects of residential property. Gemma’s principal areas of work include sales and purchases; mortgages and re-mortgages; and transfers of equity.
In addition Gemma is able to assist with the drafting of Deeds of Declaration of Trust and the range of associated matters that arise during the course of property transactions.
