Richard Chinery
Richard heads our family team.
He qualified in 1980 and is a highly respected family practitioner who is a member of the Law Society's Advanced Family Panel.
Richard handles all forms of family disputes, often dealing with financial issues arising out of divorce and separation, involving substantial assets and complex issues.
He also advises on pre and post-marital agreements and cohabitation agreements.
Richard has considerable experience of injunctive work, especially for vulnerable people, which he approaches in a sympathetic, yet practical, way.
Richard can also be approached on the numerous issues that arise in respect of children. He is a supporter of the mediation process.
